The lab starts on the first day of class according to your syllabus' course calendar, and it ends at the end of the term. The information offered in the lab is available to you as long as the lab is open - even after the semester ends. This includes access to the lessons and videos included in the lab.
How long do I have access to the lab?
After enrolling, you have unlimited access to this lab for as long as you like - across any devices you own. As long as the lab is open, you have access. If the lab is no longer offered at some point in the future, you will no longer have access to the information.
What if I drop the class and no longer need the lab, will I get a refund?
Once you register for the lab, you are enrolled regardless of your standing with the college. Therefore, there are no refunds for the lab. You can continue to learn the material in the lab even if you drop the course. Life happens, and people drop. This doesn't mean that you should stop learning.
How long do I have to complete the lab?
Your instructor will determine the deadlines for your assignments. We don't have control over that. We can guarantee that the lab will be available when you need it as long as it is active.
